Rooms are not secured and a reservation is not confirmed until a deposit is received. Deposits may be paid in cash or personal check. • In the event that your plans change and your reservations are altered or cancelled and you notify us more than ten days in advance of your arrival date the following applies: a $25.00 per room / per night cancellation fee will be deducted from your returned deposit. Cancellation or altering notice of your reservations in less than ten days prior to your arrival date will result in complete reservation fee forfeiture. •Two Night Minimums: There are a few weekends that we require a two night stay when booking: Wurstfest, Maifest, Kristkindl & Octoberfest  festivals, holidays, special events and Wine Trail weekends. • There is no refund for early departure at any time. • We require that our guests be a minimum of 21 years of age. • We genuinely regret that pets cannot be accommodated. • For the safety of others, the burning of candles is not permitted. • For the comfort of others, smoking is not permitted inside the bedchamber suites. • Smoking permitted on the back veranda only. Sunday through Thursday -We charge a fee of $135 per night + tax Friday and Saturday - $150 per night + tax Oktoberfest -$200 per night + tax *Tax includes 7.85% state tax and 3% tourism tax.* We accept cash and personal checks. ************ Prices subject to change ************ Guests will find that complimentary bottled water, coffees, teas and cocoa are furnished in the suite.
